History
Parkside Police Department is a "small but strong" police department located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The department was established in 1919 and consist of a Chief of Police, and 11 Patrol Officers. We are a full service police department that provides 24/7 coverage to roughly 2300 residents.

Commission will conduct a competitive examination for the position of full-time Police Officer. Applicants for said position shall possess the following minimum qualifications:

Parkside Borough Police Department
The Parkside Police Department is currently taking applications for the position of Part-Time Police Officer. The police department is looking to hire several officers to bolster its current staffing.
Applicants must have at a minimum, a high school diploma and be Act 120 certified and have passed the MPOETC Test prior to being considered for the position. Applicants must be 21 years old at the time of application. Prior police experience is a plus. Applicants must be willing to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

All Applications must be filled out, notarized, and turned in by 1600 hours on Friday, April 25th, 2025.
